| #1 Question: When do I get paid ? |
| Answer: At the end of each calendar month we will send payment to affiliates that have achieved more than £25 in commission. |
| #2 Question: Can I insert the buttons into more than one site? |
| Answer: Yes, the code is linked to you and your personal management system so you can insert to as many websites and emails as you wish, provided of course they are not in breach of our terms and conditions. |
| #3 Question: Can I run the affiliate programme internationally? |
| Answer: You could but it would be a waste of time as all of the laws and schemes apply to the UK only |
| #4 Question: Have you any plans to help affiliates sell more books? |
| Answer: Yes, we already issue a deal of the week email that you will receive, you can use any of the items mentioned to insert into your own email/website to draw attention. We are also working on new video training and there will be some free information that you can give away in order to sell more books. There will be more publicity by way of mailshots and radio interviews. |
| #5 Question: Is the book price fixed? |
| Answer: Yes, currently it stands at £19 but we reserve the right to change this without notice. Whatever we do will be done with the intention to sell more books |
| #6 Question: Are there any fees? |
| Answer: No, it will cost you nothing to become an affiliate although it makes good marketing sense to buy a copy of the book if you are to promote it. |
| #7 Question: What happens if an introduced customer returns to buy the book at a later date? |
| Answer: If a customer, having visited the site using your link, returns within 3 months direct to the site you will still receive the commission on the sale as the system will identify the customer through the use of cookies as yours. |
| #8 Question: What if I can't find my answer here ? |

| #9 Question: What about VAT? |
| Answer: GHAF Publishing is not currently VAT registered so the book cost does not include VAT, however, if you are VAT registered the 40% commission is VAT inclusive. When GHAF Publishing becomes VAT registered the commission payable will reflect the change. |
